• Service guarantee - Of course most waterproofing companies offer lifetime transferable warranties, but that does mean much if you have a question or a problem and you can only get a hold of an answering service.  Along with your Lifetime Transferable Warranty every customer has both my father and my personal cell phones numbers.  If you feel there’s an issue with the system someone will be out within twenty-four hours to address your concern.

• Keep it simple – No tricks, no games, no hooks.  Just an honest, straight-forward estimate.  We want to help our customer not confuse or scare them into getting the sale.  We’re also not going to make unsubstantiated claims about our products.  Many companies exaggerate the pipe or pumps they use to differentiate themselves.  Of course we use only quality Zoellor pumps and anti-microbial piping.  Just beware.  If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. 
        
• Getting the job done- Within one week of signing with us we will show up on-time on the scheduled day of service.  After arriving we immediately cover all vents, belongings, and doorways with plastic to enclose the workspace.  Floors used for entry and exit will be covered as well.  Then we install your customized waterproofing system.  95% of basements are completed in two days.  Upon completion all work areas will be left clean.
